The Riccar Radiance hepa filter set RF9G-1 is designed for the Radiance RAD upright models. This filter set includes the Hepa filter and the granulated charcoal filter. It is recommended that you replace you hepa and charcoal filters every year or after using twelve vacuum bags, whichever comes first. For severe allergy sufferers it is recommended to change your filters after using six vacuum bags. We are dealers for all Riccar vacuum products.   3. Send your returned item(s) shipping prepaid to within 15 days of purchase for a  refund. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.
