A brush that will not turn

Include the affected powered head or attachment. The team can assess the brush, drive and connections rather than assuming a replacement belt will solve the problem.

Charging or short runtime

Bring the normal charger and the full cordless model details. Call first about a swollen, leaking, damaged or unusually hot battery; do not charge it to test.

Noise, heat or power trouble
