How does kirby vacuum repair process works?

When you bring your kirby vacuum cleaner in for repair, our store associate will ask questions as to what it is doing or not doing and turn the kirby vacuum on to test it with you in the store. If it is something we cannot fix it on the spot, then your Kirby vacuum cleaner will have to be left with us for our technician to look at. We will fill out a repair tag with some of your basic information and give you a slip to take with you which will be needed when you pick up the machine.
Within 24 to 48 hours our kirby vacuum technician will inspect your kirby vacuum cleaner and give you an estimate on what it will take to fix your kirby vacuum cleaner. Once you approve the work we will get started on your kirby vacuum repair or service right away. If parts are needed to be special ordered, then payment will be needed before they can be ordered. Once the genuine kirby parts are received we will install them right away, our kirby vacuum technician will then test your kirby vacuum to make sure everything is working properly.
