When you bring your vacuum cleaner in for repair, our store associate will ask questions as to what it is doing or not doing and turn the machine on to test it with you in the store. If it is something we cannot fix it on the spot, then your vacuum cleaner will have to be left with us for our technician to look at. We will fill out a repair tag with some of your basic information and give you a slip to take with you which will be needed when you pick up the machine.
Within 24 to 48 hours our vacuum technician will inspect the vacuum cleaner and give you an estimate on what it will take to fix your vacuum cleaner. Once you approve the work we will get started on your vacuum repair or service right away. If parts are needed to be special ordered, then payment will be needed before they can be ordered. Once the parts are received we will install them right away, our vacuum technician will then test your vacuum to make sure everything is working properly.

Vacuum cleaners are like any other machines, they need to be serviced and maintained every year for optimum performance. We offer annual vacuum maintenance and service, which helps the overall function of your vacuum cleaner and keeps it running longer and more efficiently. 

If you are bringing it in for a simple vacuum repair or services, then the repairs can be done the same day, as well as services which includes full cleaning, belt replacement, filter replacement, removing any blemishes and putting a polish on the vacuum cleaner to get it looking new again. Once your vacuum cleaner is serviced and ready we will call or text to let you know it is available for pick up.
We service and repair all major brands and robotic vacuums that are on the market today and no matter the age we can always give you a free repair estimates. If parts are not available for your vacuum repair given the age or the brand, we also offer trade-ins for money off of a brand new vacuum at our store.  We are open 7 days a week to answer any questions.

Even if your vacuum cleaner is outside of the warranty through the manufacturer, we still do all vacuum repair and service work. We have on site technicians available all week long to answer questions.

We want to walk you through our vacuum warranty repair process from start to finish. Once you bring your vacuum cleaner in for warranty work, our store associate will verify your proof of purchase and receipts of purchase and serial number and model numbers, next they will get your a repair tag which will have your name, number, address and any issues you are facing with your vacuum and the date you brought it in. Within 24 hours our vacuum technician will do a full diagnosis of your machine to determine the exact problem of the vacuum cleaner. Once we know the issue, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to get the parts needed for the vacuum repair or if it's not repairable we will submit a claim for them to replace your unit with a brand new vacuum cleaner, if approved by the manufacturers. Once it's ready our store associate will call or text you and let you know your vacuum cleaner is available for pick up.
