Overview

The AllerAir AirMedic Pro 5 HDS is a highly specialized air purifier designed to tackle smoke, odors, and airborne pollutants, making it particularly effective in environments where tobacco, wood, or wildfire smoke is prevalent. It uses a three-stage filtration system:

1. Tar-trapping pre-filter: Removes sticky tar particles to protect internal filters.
2. Activated carbon filter (3.5" deep): Captures chemicals, fumes, and odors, providing a deep, long-lasting filtration.
3. Super HEPA filter: Removes 99.99% of particles as small as 0.1 microns, which is ideal for smoke particles and pollutants.

This model can also be equipped with an optional UV germicidal lamp to neutralize germs and mold spores. It can cover up to 1,500 sq. ft. but is most effective in spaces up to 750 sq. ft. with higher air changes per hour (ACH).

The unit's metal housing makes it durable, and its performance is especially suited for homes, offices, and commercial spaces like lounges where smoke is a concern. Noise levels vary from 50 to 75 dB, depending on the fan speed, which can be a factor if placed in quieter areas. • Report Issues Promptly: Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Any shortages or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery or they cannot be addressed.

• Return Window: Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. After 15 days and up to 30 days, only an exchange or store credit is offered, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Products returned beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

• Restocking Fees: A standard restocking fee of 15 % applies to all approved returns. Used, damaged, or incomplete items may incur a restocking fee of up to 50 % or be refused entirely.

• Final Sale Items: All discounted items, trade‑ins, holiday promotions, price‑matched goods, and air purifiers are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• No Cash Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non‑refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
