How much credit will I receive?

The estimator shows a conditional $40–$150 trade-in credit range for supported working vacuums, adjusted for reported brand, age, condition and completeness. Final eligibility and credit are confirmed after inspection. Other brands, nonworking machines and central vacuum projects need staff review.

How does the store incentive work?

A qualifying new vacuum priced $400–$799.99 has a $25 store incentive; at $800 or more the incentive is $50. This is shown separately from the old vacuum’s estimated credit. Lower-priced models remain available to browse, but this estimator does not apply the trade-in offer to them. Staff confirm the eligible new model and any other promotions before purchase.

Does my vacuum need to work?

Tell us the model and what is wrong before visiting. Staff will confirm whether it can be considered. A nonworking vacuum does not automatically qualify for credit.

Can I apply the credit online?

This program is designed for a local, in-store trade-in and a new-vacuum purchase. Contact the showroom to discuss your upgrade and the handover process.

What if I am deciding between repair and replacement?

Does saving an estimate reserve an appointment or a new vacuum?

No. The saved estimate is for your own visit preparation. Call the store to confirm evaluation availability and stock for any model you want to see.

When do I hand over my old vacuum?

Review the approved credit, purchase details and trade-in terms with staff first. The handover takes place after you accept the offer.
