The Air Medic Pro 5 Plus VOG air purifier is designed to adsorb dangerous pollutants emitted from volcanic smog, or Volcanic Organic Gas (VOG).

Volcanic smog forms when sulfur dioxide SO2 and other pollutants from an active volcano react with oxygen, moisture, dust and sunlight. This creates a dangerous mix of airborne pollutants that can penetrate deep into the lungs and irritate the tissues and mucous membranes of the eyes, nose and throat.

This air cleaner also provides general filtration of chemicals, gases, odors and particles that are present in indoor environments, making it ideal to use even when VOG forecasts are low.

• Report Issues Promptly: Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Any shortages or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery or they cannot be addressed.

• Return Window: Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. After 15 days and up to 30 days, only an exchange or store credit is offered, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Products returned beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

• Restocking Fees: A standard restocking fee of 15 % applies to all approved returns. Used, damaged, or incomplete items may incur a restocking fee of up to 50 % or be refused entirely.

• Final Sale Items: All discounted items, trade‑ins, holiday promotions, price‑matched goods, and air purifiers are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• No Cash Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non‑refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
