One Upright, Two Floor Heads
Product Overview
The SEBO FELIX Premium Indigo #90814AM is a corded, bagged swivel upright made in Germany. Its electric ET-1 provides four manual heights, 2,700-RPM agitation, one-sided edge cleaning, a removable roller, and obstruction protection. For compatible hard floors, fit the included Premium Parquet Brush.
Pull out the six-foot hose for detail work, or remove the floor head and carry the suction unit by its side handle. The three-level handle adjusts for user height and storage; its slider reduces suction for curtains, upholstery, and delicate surfaces.
AeraPure bag, pre-motor filter, S-class exhaust microfilter, and sealed construction form the dust path. The Indigo textile also absorbs motor sound; SEBO publishes 68 dBA.

Professional Buying Guidance
Expert Recommendation
FELIX Premium suits mixed-floor homes seeking upright storage, pet-hair capability, sealed bagged filtration, and direct floor-head control.
Choose FELIX Premium
You want steering, variable suction, adjustable height, powered carpet cleaning, and a parquet head in one upright.
Choose SEBO DART
You want the ET-1 platform but do not need FELIX's premium controls, steering, or included parquet brush.
Choose a canister
Stairs and above-floor work dominate, and you prefer leaving the motor body on the floor.
Try it in-store if lifting weight, plush-carpet compatibility, stairs, or sound matters. Motor watts alone do not determine cleaning results, and cross-brand airflow measures are not interchangeable.
Homes and Cleaning Needs
Best For
Pet owners
ET-1 lifts carpet hair, and its roller removes without tools. Add the optional handheld turbo brush for fabric stairs and furniture.
Allergy sufferers
Capped bags, two filters, and sealed construction control dust. This is S-class—not HEPA or a medical treatment.
Hardwood floors
The Premium Parquet Brush provides straight suction. Rubber-coated wheels help protect floors; follow their maker's care guidance.
Carpeted homes
Four manual heights match varied piles; the red indicator flags excessive height, worn bristles, or obstruction.
Apartments
Upright storage, adjustable handle, swivel neck, and a 68 dBA rating suit tighter spaces if cord and weight work for the owner.
Luxury homes
A parquet head, rubber-coated wheels, soft bumper, and precise steering support careful navigation. Test specialty floors first.
Large homes
A 31-foot cord and 0.92-gallon bag cover useful ground. Compare a 40-foot-cord upright or D4 for longer routes.
Quiet cleaning
SEBO publishes 68 dBA, and the textile filter absorbs sound. Reduce suction when full power is unnecessary.
Balanced Buying Advice
Not Ideal For
- HEPA-required buyers: FELIX is S-class with no HEPA conversion. Compare an eligible AUTOMATIC X or documented HEPA canister.
- Cordless-only shoppers: The cord requires outlets and manual wrapping.
- Bagless-only households: Bags and filters are recurring costs.
- Budget-first hard-floor homes: An electric carpet head may be more equipment than a mainly bare-floor home needs.
- Frequent high-area cleaners: A wand and extension hose are optional.
- People sensitive to lifting weight: The manual lists 9.9–15.4 pounds by attached head. Test before buying.
- Hands-off carpet setup: Brush height is four-level manual, not automatic.
- Commercial use: Residential warranty coverage does not apply to commercial operation under SEBO's published terms.

Frequently Asked Questions
Open the master FAQ guide, then select a question. The answers distinguish manufacturer specifications from practical floor-matching guidance.
FAQs: SEBO FELIX Premium buying and ownership guide
Is #90814AM the Indigo U.S. FELIX Premium?
Yes. SEBO identifies 90814AM as FELIX Premium Indigo in Dark Blue/White. Other colors use different model numbers.
What comes with the SEBO FELIX Premium #90814AM?
It includes the Indigo upright, ET-1 electric power head, Premium Parquet Brush, six-foot integrated hose, crevice nozzle, and horsehair dusting brush.
Is the SEBO FELIX Premium good for pet hair?
Yes, especially on carpet. ET-1 supplies powered agitation, and its brush roller removes without tools for easier wrapped-hair cleanup.
Can FELIX clean hardwood, tile, laminate, and LVP?
Yes. Use the included Premium Parquet Brush on compatible finished hard floors and follow the flooring manufacturer's care instructions.
Does FELIX work on wall-to-wall carpet?
Yes. The ET-1 has four manual height settings for different carpet piles, plus an indicator for excessive height or worn bristles.
Can I turn off the ET-1 brush roller?
Yes. A green illuminated button switches the roller off. It also stops automatically when the vacuum is upright-locked or the hose is removed.
Is FELIX safe for area rugs and delicate rugs?
Suitability depends on construction. Reduce suction, switch off the roller, or change tools; follow the rug maker's guidance and test delicate surfaces first.
What happens if the brush roller jams?
A flashing red warning activates and the roller stops. Switch off and unplug the vacuum, then clear the obstruction before restarting.
Is the SEBO FELIX suitable for allergy sufferers?
It is a tightly sealed, bagged S-class system with capped disposal. Buyers who specifically require HEPA should choose another documented HEPA model.
Does the FELIX Premium have HEPA filtration?
No. SEBO specifies S-class filtration and lists no HEPA option for FELIX. Do not confuse its performance with HEPA certification.
How effective is SEBO S-class filtration?
SEBO states the S-class filter standard requires greater than 99.9% capture down to 0.3 micron. That is not the HEPA 99.97% standard.
How loud is the SEBO FELIX Premium?
SEBO publishes 68 dBA. Attachment, power setting, surface, room acoustics, and test method affect perceived sound.
Is FELIX quieter than a Dyson?
A reliable blanket claim is not possible because Dyson models and sound-test methods vary. Compare the exact machines in person if sound is decisive.
Is the FELIX Premium good for an apartment?
It can be. Its upright footprint, adjustable handle, and steering help in tighter spaces, though it is heavier than many cordless sticks.
Can FELIX handle a large or luxury home?
Yes, particularly with mixed floors. For exceptionally long routes or extensive tool use, compare a 40-foot-cord upright or long-range canister.
How much does the FELIX Premium weigh?
The owner manual lists 9.9–15.4 pounds depending on the attached head. Test the complete ET-1 configuration if lifting is a concern.
Can I use FELIX on stairs and upholstery?
Yes. Detach the suction unit and use its hose. The optional extension hose, wand, upholstery nozzle, or handheld turbo brush can improve specialized cleaning.
Which bags and filters fit #90814AM?
Use FELIX/DART bags #7029AM, pre-motor filter #7012AM, and the compatible Indigo textile exhaust microfilter. Ask Ace to confirm current suffixes.
What is the difference between SEBO FELIX and DART?
FELIX adds swivel steering, variable suction, adjustable handle height, an included parquet brush, and automatic roller stop when the hose is removed.
What warranty and support are available?
Standard residential coverage is seven years on motors and five on non-wear parts and labor, subject to terms. Ask Ace about 10/10/7 Warranty Bonus eligibility and registration.

Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
Shipping Policy
In-stock merchandise generally ships from our Leesburg, Virginia location within 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends and holidays can affect timing. Special-order, backordered or unavailable items may take longer; contact us to confirm timing before purchase when a deadline matters.
Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. After dispatch, follow the carrier's tracking updates. Weather, carrier delays, order verification and inventory confirmation may affect delivery. Inspect packages promptly and retain packaging if there is damage or an incorrect or missing item.
Returns and refunds
Eligible unused items have a 30-calendar-day return request window for refunds or exchanges, measured from delivery or in-store purchase. Return authorization is required. Final-sale exclusions, the 15% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns and shipping responsibilities are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. That policy is the governing source for return eligibility and fees.
For shipping or return help, email sales@acevacuums.com or call 703-997-9292.
30-Day Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Updated September 27, 2026. Request a return for an eligible unused item within 30 calendar days of delivery (or purchase for items collected in store). Eligible returns may be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged, subject to availability. The same 30-day request window applies to both refunds and exchanges; there is no separate seven-day or 15-day refund deadline.
Eligibility and authorization
Items must be unused, clean, complete and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals and proof of purchase. Contact sales@acevacuums.com or 703-997-9292 before sending anything back. Include your order number, item and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility, charges and return instructions. Unapproved or cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
Fees and shipping
For an approved change-of-mind return, a 15% restocking fee applies to the returned merchandise price. Original shipping charges are not refundable and the customer pays return shipping. These charges do not apply to an approved return caused by our shipping error or a damaged/defective item claim. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and shipping instructions. Do not assume a prepaid label is included.
Final-sale and excluded items
Air purifiers; discounted, clearance, trade-in, holiday-sale and price-matched purchases; gift cards; custom or special-order products; electrical parts; used or installed items; opened cleaning solutions; and used bags, filters, belts or other consumables are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Other items clearly marked final sale at purchase are also excluded. An opened box alone does not disqualify an otherwise eligible unused, complete item, but consumables and cleaning solutions must remain unopened.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items; recalls
Inspect your order promptly and contact us as soon as you discover a problem, with your order number and photos where helpful. Keep the packaging. Change-of-mind exclusions and deadlines do not remove applicable defect, warranty, recall or statutory rights. Warranty coverage requires evaluation under the manufacturer's terms; dealer status does not guarantee free repair. Recalled products must follow the manufacturer's recall process.
Refund timing and exchanges
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or the reason it cannot be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval; your bank may take additional time to post them. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval. Exchanges require authorization and replacement availability; any price difference and applicable charges will be explained before processing.
Applicable rights and earlier purchases
This policy applies to online and in-store purchases. We will honor more favorable written return terms provided with an earlier purchase. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Where the European Union 14-day cancellation right applies, customers may cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of receipt, subject to applicable legal exceptions, without giving a reason.
