Bissell Deep Down Pet Cleanup Bundle #B0217
- Product SKU: B0217
- Category: Bissell Carpet and Floor Cleaning Formulas, Bissell Upright Carpet Formula, CLEANING ESSENTIALS
Quick Summary
The Bissell Deep Down Pet Cleanup Bundle #B0217 is a comprehensive pet-cleaning system designed to help pet owners manage hair, stains, odors, tracked-in dirt, and everyday pet messes throughout the home.
According to Bissell, the bundle combines a ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner, ICONPET Turbo Edge Cordless Stick Vacuum, PET PRO OXY Urine Eliminator with Febreze, and replacement filters for the ICONPET vacuum.
The bundle is particularly useful because it combines two different cleaning approaches: dry vacuuming for everyday pet hair and debris, and wet extraction for deeper carpet and upholstery cleaning. The included PET PRO OXY formula is designed to tackle tough pet stains and urine odors while leaving Febreze freshness.
Ace Vacuums lists Bissell Deep Down Pet Cleanup Bundle #B0217 as a Bissell cleaning product and identifies the SKU as B0217.
Authorized Bissell Dealer Ace Vacuums provides genuine Bissell products and knowledgeable product assistance for pet-focused floor-care needs.
Product Overview
Pet owners often need more than one type of cleaning equipment. A cordless stick vacuum is useful for frequent hair and debris removal, while a full-size carpet cleaner is better suited to periodic deep cleaning.
The Bissell Deep Down Pet Cleanup Bundle brings both approaches together.
What's Included
The current Bissell listing identifies the following components:
| Included Product | Model | Quantity |
|---|---|---|
| ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner Exclusive Bundle | 3587 | 1 |
| ICONPET Turbo Edge Cordless Stick Vacuum | 3177A | 1 |
| PET PRO OXY Urine Eliminator with Febreze, 48 oz. | 2216 | 1 |

Bissell describes the Deep Down Pet Cleanup Bundle as a comprehensive system for tackling pet hair and messes.
Two Cleaning Methods in One Bundle
Dry cleaning: The ICONPET Turbo Edge provides cordless everyday vacuuming for pet hair and debris.
Deep wet cleaning: The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro uses rotating Dual DirtLifter PowerBrushes and specialized pet-cleaning tools to address deeper carpet and upholstery messes. Bissell specifies 12 rows of Dual DirtLifter PowerBrushes, an 11-inch cleaning path, a 1-gallon clean-water tank, and a 10-foot hose for model 3587.
This combination makes the B0217 particularly useful for homes where pet messes occur on a regular basis.
Expert Recommendation
The Bissell Deep Down Pet Cleanup Bundle #B0217 is best suited to pet owners who want a more complete cleaning setup rather than a single vacuum or carpet-cleaning machine.
It is particularly compelling for households with:
- Dogs or cats
- Multiple pets
- Wall-to-wall carpeting
- Area rugs
- Upholstered furniture
- Pet beds
- High-traffic carpeted areas
- Frequent shedding
- Recurring pet stains and odors
The major advantage is coverage across different cleaning jobs. The cordless ICONPET can handle everyday hair and debris, while the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro is designed for deeper carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Bissell specifically positions the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro for tough pet messes and states that its Express Clean Mode can dry carpets in about 30 minutes under specified test conditions.
For a household that only needs occasional spot cleaning, however, this bundle may be more equipment than necessary.
Best For
Pet Owners
The bundle is specifically designed around the needs of pet households, making it an excellent option for owners dealing with hair, dirt, stains, and odors.
Multi-Pet Homes
Multiple pets generally create more frequent cleaning requirements. Having both a cordless vacuum and full-size carpet cleaner available can reduce the need to rely on one machine for every task.
Homes With Carpet and Rugs
The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro is designed for carpets and rugs, including low-pile carpet and high-traffic areas. Bissell also lists stairs, pet beds, upholstery, and fabric among its supported surface categories for model 3587.
Pet Hair and Daily Debris
The ICONPET Turbo Edge provides a cordless option for routine vacuuming, helping address pet hair and loose debris between deeper cleaning sessions.
Pet Stains and Odors
The included PET PRO OXY Urine Eliminator with Febreze #2216 is designed specifically for tough pet stains and urine odors. Bissell states that it can be used in its upright carpet cleaners and is suitable for carpet, area rugs, upholstery, and similar soft surfaces.
High-Traffic Homes
Families with pets and heavy household traffic can benefit from having both routine vacuuming and periodic deep-cleaning capabilities available.
Not Ideal For
The Bissell Deep Down Pet Cleanup Bundle may not be the best fit for:
- Homes without pets
- Customers looking only for a lightweight vacuum
- Customers who only need occasional spot cleaning
- Apartments with very limited storage
- Buyers who already own a high-quality cordless pet vacuum and carpet cleaner
- Customers who primarily clean hard floors and have little carpeting
- Buyers seeking the lowest-cost entry-level cleaning solution
If your primary need is one small stain or isolated accident, a portable spot cleaner can be more practical.
If your primary need is daily pet hair removal, purchasing a cordless pet vacuum alone may be sufficient.
The B0217 makes the most sense for buyers who want a complete pet-cleaning system.

A Complete Pet-Cleaning System
Many cleaning bundles focus on a single task. The B0217 takes a broader approach by combining everyday vacuuming, deep carpet cleaning, pet stain treatment, and filter replacements.

This makes the bundle more versatile than a carpet cleaner alone.

A cordless pet vacuum is excellent for everyday hair and debris but does not replace a full-size carpet extractor.

The B0217 is much broader. It includes a full-size carpet cleaner and cordless vacuum, making it better suited to households that need both routine and whole-area cleaning.
Choose a portable spot cleaner if: you mainly handle occasional small messes.
Choose B0217 if: you want a complete pet-cleaning setup.
Bissell B0217 vs. an Upright Carpet Cleaner
A standalone upright carpet cleaner can provide deep carpet cleaning, but it does not provide the separate cordless vacuum included in B0217.
The B0217 offers a broader cleaning ecosystem at a higher overall investment.
Bissell B0217 vs. Generic Cleaning Equipment
Generic equipment may have a lower initial cost, but B0217 provides a coordinated Bissell system with dedicated pet-focused equipment, formula, and replacement filters.

Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
Shipping Policy
In-stock merchandise generally ships from our Leesburg, Virginia location within 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends and holidays can affect timing. Special-order, backordered or unavailable items may take longer; contact us to confirm timing before purchase when a deadline matters.
Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. After dispatch, follow the carrier's tracking updates. Weather, carrier delays, order verification and inventory confirmation may affect delivery. Inspect packages promptly and retain packaging if there is damage or an incorrect or missing item.
Returns and refunds
Eligible unused items have a 30-calendar-day return request window for refunds or exchanges, measured from delivery or in-store purchase. Return authorization is required. Final-sale exclusions, the 15% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns and shipping responsibilities are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. That policy is the governing source for return eligibility and fees.
For shipping or return help, email sales@acevacuums.com or call 703-997-9292.
30-Day Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Updated September 27, 2026. Request a return for an eligible unused item within 30 calendar days of delivery (or purchase for items collected in store). Eligible returns may be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged, subject to availability. The same 30-day request window applies to both refunds and exchanges; there is no separate seven-day or 15-day refund deadline.
Eligibility and authorization
Items must be unused, clean, complete and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals and proof of purchase. Contact sales@acevacuums.com or 703-997-9292 before sending anything back. Include your order number, item and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility, charges and return instructions. Unapproved or cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
Fees and shipping
For an approved change-of-mind return, a 15% restocking fee applies to the returned merchandise price. Original shipping charges are not refundable and the customer pays return shipping. These charges do not apply to an approved return caused by our shipping error or a damaged/defective item claim. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and shipping instructions. Do not assume a prepaid label is included.
Final-sale and excluded items
Air purifiers; discounted, clearance, trade-in, holiday-sale and price-matched purchases; gift cards; custom or special-order products; electrical parts; used or installed items; opened cleaning solutions; and used bags, filters, belts or other consumables are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Other items clearly marked final sale at purchase are also excluded. An opened box alone does not disqualify an otherwise eligible unused, complete item, but consumables and cleaning solutions must remain unopened.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items; recalls
Inspect your order promptly and contact us as soon as you discover a problem, with your order number and photos where helpful. Keep the packaging. Change-of-mind exclusions and deadlines do not remove applicable defect, warranty, recall or statutory rights. Warranty coverage requires evaluation under the manufacturer's terms; dealer status does not guarantee free repair. Recalled products must follow the manufacturer's recall process.
Refund timing and exchanges
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or the reason it cannot be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval; your bank may take additional time to post them. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval. Exchanges require authorization and replacement availability; any price difference and applicable charges will be explained before processing.
Applicable rights and earlier purchases
This policy applies to online and in-store purchases. We will honor more favorable written return terms provided with an earlier purchase. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Where the European Union 14-day cancellation right applies, customers may cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of receipt, subject to applicable legal exceptions, without giving a reason.
