Product Overview

The Boost CX1 Pure Suction combines a compact canister design with Miele's Vortex Technology. Miele states that airflow in excess of 100 km/h helps collect coarse and fine dust, giving this bagless vacuum a strong foundation for routine floor and above-floor cleaning.

A four-stage electronic rotary selector lets you adjust suction power for different cleaning tasks. The included SBD 365-3 universal floorhead is supported by an upholstery nozzle, crevice nozzle, and dust brush for furniture, narrow spaces, and dusting applications.

The Hygiene AirClean filter retains even the smallest particles, while the 1.0-liter dust container provides bagless debris collection. The 32-foot operating radius and 21-foot cord help cover a useful area without immediately moving the plug.

TrackDrive side wheels help the canister remain stable and move in a controlled direction. At 15 3/4 inches wide, 11 inches high, and 11 inches deep, the Lotus white Boost CX1 is sized for homes where compact storage is important.

Expert Recommendation

We recommend this model for shoppers who want a corded, bagless canister with adjustable suction and a versatile floorhead. Its compact format, TrackDrive wheels, telescopic wand, and included above-floor tools make it well suited to everyday cleaning in apartments, condos, and other homes where maneuverability matters.

A different Miele configuration may be a better fit if your priority is a specialized floorhead, a different vacuum format, or cleaning demands not addressed by the supplied Boost CX1 specifications. Customers comparing floorheads or deciding between a canister and another vacuum type can contact Ace Vacuums for help or arrange an in-store comparison.

Best For

Hardwood Floors

The included universal SBD 365-3 floorhead supports versatile floor cleaning, while the four-stage suction selector lets you adjust power for the task.

Carpet and Rugs

The universal floorhead is intended for multiple applications, making the vacuum suitable for routine carpet and area-rug cleaning. It is not presented as a specialized deep-carpet model.

Apartments

The compact canister design, 32-foot operating radius, and TrackDrive wheels are practical for maneuvering and storage in smaller living spaces.

Stairs

Miele states that the side wheels allow the canister to be set down on a stair or step. The included crevice nozzle and dust brush also support detailed stair cleaning.

Above-Floor Cleaning

The upholstery nozzle, crevice nozzle, dust brush, Comfort telescopic wand, and integrated handle controls support furniture, edges, and other above-floor tasks.

Bagless Cleaning

The bagless design uses a 1.0-liter dust container instead of vacuum bags, with the Hygiene AirClean filter retaining even the smallest particles.

Not Ideal For

  • Homes with extensive thick or plush carpeting if you specifically need a specialized powered carpet floorhead.
  • Heavy pet-hair applications when a dedicated pet tool is a priority; no pet-specific accessory is listed.
  • Users who want cordless cleaning, since this model has a power cord and 21-foot cord length.
  • Commercial cleaning environments or shoppers seeking a larger-capacity professional vacuum.

Key Features

  • TrackDrive Wheels: Side-mounted wheels help the canister stay on track and make positioning more stable.

TrackDrive side wheels are another practical detail. They help the canister stay on course and can make it easier to position on stairs, while the telescopic wand and included small tools extend the vacuum's usefulness beyond the main floorhead.

Product Comparisons

Boost CX1 vs Another Miele Series

The Boost CX1 is the Miele series identified in the supplied product data, with a compact bagless canister format, Vortex Technology, TrackDrive, and a universal floorhead. A different Miele series may be a better choice if you need another floorhead or vacuum format; compare the exact configuration before buying.

Canister vs Upright

Miele vs SEBO

Miele offers this bagless canister design, while SEBO is known mainly for upright vacuums. Since floorheads, handling, and cleaning preferences vary, an Ace Vacuums in-store demonstration is useful when comparing the two German brands.

Miele vs Dyson

This Miele is a corded, bagless canister vacuum with a 21-foot cord, whereas Dyson product formats vary and may include cordless designs. Compare the convenience of a corded canister, the included tools, and the floorhead configuration rather than assuming all models perform the same way.

Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

In-stock merchandise generally ships from our Leesburg, Virginia location within 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends and holidays can affect timing. Special-order, backordered or unavailable items may take longer; contact us to confirm timing before purchase when a deadline matters.

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. After dispatch, follow the carrier's tracking updates. Weather, carrier delays, order verification and inventory confirmation may affect delivery. Inspect packages promptly and retain packaging if there is damage or an incorrect or missing item.

Returns and refunds

Eligible unused items have a 30-calendar-day return request window for refunds or exchanges, measured from delivery or in-store purchase. Return authorization is required. Final-sale exclusions, the 15% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns and shipping responsibilities are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. That policy is the governing source for return eligibility and fees.

For shipping or return help, email sales@acevacuums.com or call 703-997-9292.

30-Day Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Updated September 27, 2026. Request a return for an eligible unused item within 30 calendar days of delivery (or purchase for items collected in store). Eligible returns may be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged, subject to availability. The same 30-day request window applies to both refunds and exchanges; there is no separate seven-day or 15-day refund deadline.

Eligibility and authorization

Items must be unused, clean, complete and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals and proof of purchase. Contact sales@acevacuums.com or 703-997-9292 before sending anything back. Include your order number, item and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility, charges and return instructions. Unapproved or cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.

Fees and shipping

For an approved change-of-mind return, a 15% restocking fee applies to the returned merchandise price. Original shipping charges are not refundable and the customer pays return shipping. These charges do not apply to an approved return caused by our shipping error or a damaged/defective item claim. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and shipping instructions. Do not assume a prepaid label is included.

Final-sale and excluded items

Air purifiers; discounted, clearance, trade-in, holiday-sale and price-matched purchases; gift cards; custom or special-order products; electrical parts; used or installed items; opened cleaning solutions; and used bags, filters, belts or other consumables are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Other items clearly marked final sale at purchase are also excluded. An opened box alone does not disqualify an otherwise eligible unused, complete item, but consumables and cleaning solutions must remain unopened.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items; recalls

Inspect your order promptly and contact us as soon as you discover a problem, with your order number and photos where helpful. Keep the packaging. Change-of-mind exclusions and deadlines do not remove applicable defect, warranty, recall or statutory rights. Warranty coverage requires evaluation under the manufacturer's terms; dealer status does not guarantee free repair. Recalled products must follow the manufacturer's recall process.

Refund timing and exchanges

After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or the reason it cannot be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval; your bank may take additional time to post them. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval. Exchanges require authorization and replacement availability; any price difference and applicable charges will be explained before processing.

Applicable rights and earlier purchases

This policy applies to online and in-store purchases. We will honor more favorable written return terms provided with an earlier purchase. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Where the European Union 14-day cancellation right applies, customers may cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of receipt, subject to applicable legal exceptions, without giving a reason.
