Quick Summary

The Miele Triflex HX2 Pro (Infinity Grey PF, material number 11827020) is a cordless stick vacuum with Miele's patented 3-in-1 design. It converts between Reach, Comfort and Compact modes, so one machine covers floors, stairs, furniture and ceilings.

The Pro model comes with a second exchangeable battery for up to 120 minutes of total run time, the MultiFloor XXL SEB 435 electrobrush with LED lighting and HEPA filtration rated at 99.999%.

  • Cordless 3-in-1 stick: Reach, Comfort and Compact modes
  • Two exchangeable Li-ion batteries, up to 60 + 60 minutes
  • LED-lit MultiFloor XXL electrobrush
  • HEPA lifetime exhaust filter
  • 8 lb, 0.5 L dust container

Product Overview

Most stick vacuums hold the motor and dust bin up by your hand. The Triflex design lets you move the PowerUnit: mount it low in Comfort mode so the weight rests on the floor for long sessions, or high in Reach mode for overhead cleaning. Compact mode turns it into a handheld.

Vortex Technology provides the suction, controlled with a 3-level slide switch. The ComfortClean dust container is designed for hygienic emptying, and the HEPA lifetime exhaust filter means no filter purchases for that stage.

The Pro package adds more than the standard HX2: a second battery, a charging tray, a wall mount and a Hardfloor Care tool.

Expert Recommendation

We recommend the HX2 Pro for households that want a cordless machine capable of cleaning the whole home, not just quick pickups. The second battery removes the usual run-time worry, and Comfort mode makes longer sessions easier on the wrist.

To get the most from each charge, use the low setting for everyday cleaning and save the high setting for rugs and heavily soiled areas. Keep the spare battery on the charging tray so it is ready when you need it.

If you want the deepest possible carpet cleaning and prefer sealed bags, a corded Miele canister such as the Guard L1 Electro is the better fit. Many of our customers own both: a canister for weekly cleaning and a Triflex for daily touch-ups.

Best For

Apartments and Smaller Homes

Cordless, 8 lb, and it stores on the included wall mount.

Larger Homes

Two batteries give up to 120 minutes of run time on low with the PowerUnit alone, or up to 60 minutes on low with electric accessories.

Pet Owners

The electrobrush picks up hair from carpet and hard floors, and Compact mode handles furniture and pet beds.

Allergy Sufferers

Miele rates HEPA retention at 99.999%.

Hardwood and Mixed Floors

The MultiFloor XXL brush works on carpet and hard floors, with BrilliantLight LEDs to show fine dust. A Hardfloor Care tool is included.

Quick Daily Cleaning

Kept on its wall mount, the HX2 Pro is ready in seconds for crumbs in the kitchen, entryway dirt or pet hair on the sofa, with no cord to unwind and no hose to connect.

Not Ideal For

  • Buyers who want sealed-bag disposal. This is a bagless system.
  • Very large carpeted homes cleaned mostly on high power, where run time drops to about 28 minutes per battery
  • Shoppers looking for the lowest-priced cordless option
  • Anyone who wants a corded machine with no batteries to charge

Key Features

  • Patented 3-in-1 design: Reach, Comfort and Compact modes
  • Vortex Technology with 3-level slide control
  • Exchangeable Li-ion battery, second battery included
  • MultiFloor XXL SEB 435 electrobrush with BrilliantLight LEDs
  • HEPA lifetime exhaust filter, 99.999% retention
  • ComfortClean dust container for hygienic emptying
  • Charging tray and wall mount included
  • Accessories: crevice nozzle, dust brush, SPD 20 XXL upholstery nozzle, Hardfloor Care tool

What Makes This Model Stand Out

The movable PowerUnit is the key difference. Being able to shift the weight low for floors and high for ceilings changes how the machine feels in use, and Compact mode means you do not need a separate handheld.

The included crevice nozzle, dust brush and SPD 20 XXL upholstery nozzle extend it beyond floors to shelves, furniture, ceiling corners and car seats.

The Pro version's second battery is the other advantage. With one battery charging while you use the other, run time stops being the limiting factor for most homes.

Product Comparisons

Triflex HX2 Pro vs Guard L1 Electro

The Guard L1 Electro is a corded, bagged canister with a motorized carpet brush and a 36 ft cleaning radius. The HX2 Pro is lighter and cordless, and it converts to a handheld. Choose the canister for deep carpet cleaning and sealed bags, and the Triflex for speed and convenience.

Stick vs Canister

A stick is faster to grab and put away. A canister typically offers more capacity and continuous run time. The Triflex narrows the gap with its Comfort mode and two batteries.

Miele vs Dyson

Both brands make bagless cordless sticks. The Triflex stands out for its 3-in-1 design that moves the PowerUnit, its exchangeable battery and its HEPA lifetime exhaust filter. We recommend trying both designs in hand before deciding.

Miele vs SEBO

SEBO focuses on corded uprights and canisters, so if you want a cordless stick from the brands we carry, the Triflex HX2 is our main option.

Questions Buyers Commonly Ask

Is the Triflex HX2 Pro good for pet hair?

Yes. The electrobrush handles hair on carpet and hard floors, and Compact mode is handy for furniture.

Is the Pro worth it over the standard HX2?

The Pro adds a second battery, charging tray, wall mount and Hardfloor Care tool. If you clean the whole home in one go, the second battery is the main reason to choose it.

Miele lists 77 dB. Noise varies by power level and floor type.

How long does it take to charge?

Miele lists a recharging time of 240 minutes.

Can it replace my full-size vacuum?

For many apartments and smaller homes, yes. In larger homes with a lot of deep carpet, many owners keep a canister for weekly deep cleaning.

Is it good for stairs and cars?

Yes. Compact mode turns it into a handheld with the crevice nozzle, dust brush and upholstery nozzle, which suits stair treads, car interiors and furniture.

Is it a long-lasting investment?

The exchangeable battery means you can replace a worn battery rather than the whole machine, and the lifetime HEPA exhaust filter removes one recurring cost.

Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

In-stock merchandise generally ships from our Leesburg, Virginia location within 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends and holidays can affect timing. Special-order, backordered or unavailable items may take longer; contact us to confirm timing before purchase when a deadline matters.

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. After dispatch, follow the carrier's tracking updates. Weather, carrier delays, order verification and inventory confirmation may affect delivery. Inspect packages promptly and retain packaging if there is damage or an incorrect or missing item.

Returns and refunds

Eligible unused items have a 30-calendar-day return request window for refunds or exchanges, measured from delivery or in-store purchase. Return authorization is required. Final-sale exclusions, the 15% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns and shipping responsibilities are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. That policy is the governing source for return eligibility and fees.

For shipping or return help, email sales@acevacuums.com or call 703-997-9292.

30-Day Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Updated September 27, 2026. Request a return for an eligible unused item within 30 calendar days of delivery (or purchase for items collected in store). Eligible returns may be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged, subject to availability. The same 30-day request window applies to both refunds and exchanges; there is no separate seven-day or 15-day refund deadline.

Eligibility and authorization

Items must be unused, clean, complete and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals and proof of purchase. Contact sales@acevacuums.com or 703-997-9292 before sending anything back. Include your order number, item and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility, charges and return instructions. Unapproved or cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.

Fees and shipping

For an approved change-of-mind return, a 15% restocking fee applies to the returned merchandise price. Original shipping charges are not refundable and the customer pays return shipping. These charges do not apply to an approved return caused by our shipping error or a damaged/defective item claim. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and shipping instructions. Do not assume a prepaid label is included.

Final-sale and excluded items

Air purifiers; discounted, clearance, trade-in, holiday-sale and price-matched purchases; gift cards; custom or special-order products; electrical parts; used or installed items; opened cleaning solutions; and used bags, filters, belts or other consumables are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Other items clearly marked final sale at purchase are also excluded. An opened box alone does not disqualify an otherwise eligible unused, complete item, but consumables and cleaning solutions must remain unopened.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items; recalls

Inspect your order promptly and contact us as soon as you discover a problem, with your order number and photos where helpful. Keep the packaging. Change-of-mind exclusions and deadlines do not remove applicable defect, warranty, recall or statutory rights. Warranty coverage requires evaluation under the manufacturer's terms; dealer status does not guarantee free repair. Recalled products must follow the manufacturer's recall process.

Refund timing and exchanges

After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or the reason it cannot be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval; your bank may take additional time to post them. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval. Exchanges require authorization and replacement availability; any price difference and applicable charges will be explained before processing.

Applicable rights and earlier purchases

This policy applies to online and in-store purchases. We will honor more favorable written return terms provided with an earlier purchase. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Where the European Union 14-day cancellation right applies, customers may cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of receipt, subject to applicable legal exceptions, without giving a reason.
