Product Overview
The Blizzard CX1 Cat & Dog PowerLine is designed as a whole-home bagless canister vacuum with dedicated tools for carpeting, hard floors, upholstery, and narrow spaces. Its 1200-watt PowerLine motor works with Miele Vortex Technology, which uses airflow of more than 62 miles per hour to separate coarse and fine dust.
For carpets, the included SEB 228 electrobrush provides intensive cleaning of heavy-duty carpeting. The cleaner also includes the Parquet Twister SBB 300-3 for delicate hard floors, an STB 101 mini turbobrush, an upholstery nozzle, and a crevice nozzle.
The bagless dust container has a 2.0-liter capacity and separates coarse soil from fine dust during emptying. A four-stage rotary selector allows the suction power to be adjusted for different cleaning tasks.
Expert Recommendation
We recommend this model for households that want a corded canister vacuum with dedicated carpet and hard-floor tools. The electrobrush, mini turbobrush, 32-foot operating radius, and HEPA lifetime filter make it a practical fit for homes that need varied floor and surface cleaning.
A different Miele model or vacuum type may be a better fit if you specifically want cordless operation, a compact lightweight design, or a machine other than a canister. The supplied manufacturer information identifies this machine as a 19-pound bagless canister with a 21-foot cord, so shoppers should consider how that format fits their storage and cleaning routine.
Best For
Pet Owners
The SEB 228 electrobrush is included for intensive carpet cleaning, while the STB 101 mini turbobrush provides a smaller powered tool for targeted cleaning.
Carpet and Rugs
The electrobrush is specified for heavy-duty carpeting, and the four-stage suction selector lets you adjust cleaning power.
Hardwood Floors
The Parquet Twister SBB 300-3 is included for gentle cleaning of delicate hard floors.
Allergy-Conscious Homes
The exhaust system includes a HEPA lifetime filter, and ComfortClean automatically cleans the fine-dust filter.
Whole-Home Cleaning
A 32-foot operating radius, telescopic suction wand, upholstery nozzle, and crevice nozzle support cleaning across multiple areas.
Homes Needing Extended Reach
The 21-foot cord and 32-foot operating radius reduce the need to change power points during a cleaning session.
Not Ideal For
- Users who specifically want cordless operation may prefer a cordless vacuum format instead.
- Shoppers seeking an ultra-compact or especially lightweight vacuum should note that this model weighs 19 pounds.
- Those who prefer a bagged dirt-disposal system may not want a bagless canister.
- A buyer who only needs occasional light cleaning may not need the included electrobrush and multi-tool setup.

- Vortex Technology: Airflow of more than 62 miles per hour separates coarse and fine dust for collection.
- SEB 228 Electrobrush: The included electrobrush is designed for intensive cleaning of heavy-duty carpeting.

The main point of difference is the combination of a dedicated electrobrush, a hard-floor Parquet Twister, and a mini turbobrush in one bagless canister package. That gives the machine tools for heavy carpeting, delicate hard floors, upholstery, and smaller cleaning areas.
Its filtration and dirt-separation features are also central to the design. The HEPA lifetime filter handles exhaust filtration, while Vortex Technology and ComfortClean work with the separate coarse- and fine-dust collection system.
Product Comparisons
Blizzard CX1 vs Other Miele Vacuum Formats
This model is a bagless canister in the Blizzard CX1 line, with a 21-foot cord, 32-foot operating radius, and separate floorhead tools. A different Miele format may be preferable if your priority is cordless cleaning, a different machine shape, or a different dirt-collection system.
Canister vs Upright
A canister vacuum uses a separate body, hose, wand, and floorhead, as this model does. Uprights combine more of the cleaning assembly into one upright body; an in-store demonstration can help you compare handling and storage.
Miele vs SEBO
Miele is known for canister vacuums, while SEBO is known mainly for uprights. Both brands are sold and serviced by Ace Vacuums, so a store demonstration can help compare floorhead feel and overall format.
Miele vs Dyson
This Miele is a corded, bagless canister vacuum with a 2.0-liter dust container and a 21-foot cord. Dyson offers different vacuum formats, so the practical comparison depends on whether you prefer a canister, cordless design, or another configuration.
Questions Buyers Commonly Ask
Is it worth choosing this model for a home with carpets and hard floors?
It includes both the SEB 228 electrobrush for intensive carpet cleaning and the Parquet Twister for delicate hard floors. That combination is useful when a home has more than one floor type.
Will I need replacement vacuum bags?
No. This is a bagless vacuum with a 2.0-liter dust container. You will empty the container rather than replace dust bags.
Is it suitable for homes concerned about fine dust?
The machine has a HEPA lifetime exhaust filter and an automatically cleaned Gore CleanStream fine-dust filter. Miele also describes separate collection of coarse soil and fine dust.
Is the 19-pound weight a concern?
The listed weight is 19 pounds. The four swivel castors and carrying handle support movement, but shoppers seeking a particularly light vacuum should compare the weight with other formats.
Can Ace Vacuums help me choose between this and another model?
Yes. Ace Vacuums can help compare this bagless canister with other Miele formats or with SEBO models based on floor type, tools, storage, and preferred handling.

Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
Shipping Policy
In-stock merchandise generally ships from our Leesburg, Virginia location within 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends and holidays can affect timing. Special-order, backordered or unavailable items may take longer; contact us to confirm timing before purchase when a deadline matters.
Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. After dispatch, follow the carrier's tracking updates. Weather, carrier delays, order verification and inventory confirmation may affect delivery. Inspect packages promptly and retain packaging if there is damage or an incorrect or missing item.
Returns and refunds
Eligible unused items have a 30-calendar-day return request window for refunds or exchanges, measured from delivery or in-store purchase. Return authorization is required. Final-sale exclusions, the 15% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns and shipping responsibilities are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. That policy is the governing source for return eligibility and fees.
For shipping or return help, email sales@acevacuums.com or call 703-997-9292.
30-Day Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Updated September 27, 2026. Request a return for an eligible unused item within 30 calendar days of delivery (or purchase for items collected in store). Eligible returns may be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged, subject to availability. The same 30-day request window applies to both refunds and exchanges; there is no separate seven-day or 15-day refund deadline.
Eligibility and authorization
Items must be unused, clean, complete and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals and proof of purchase. Contact sales@acevacuums.com or 703-997-9292 before sending anything back. Include your order number, item and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility, charges and return instructions. Unapproved or cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
Fees and shipping
For an approved change-of-mind return, a 15% restocking fee applies to the returned merchandise price. Original shipping charges are not refundable and the customer pays return shipping. These charges do not apply to an approved return caused by our shipping error or a damaged/defective item claim. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and shipping instructions. Do not assume a prepaid label is included.
Final-sale and excluded items
Air purifiers; discounted, clearance, trade-in, holiday-sale and price-matched purchases; gift cards; custom or special-order products; electrical parts; used or installed items; opened cleaning solutions; and used bags, filters, belts or other consumables are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Other items clearly marked final sale at purchase are also excluded. An opened box alone does not disqualify an otherwise eligible unused, complete item, but consumables and cleaning solutions must remain unopened.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items; recalls
Inspect your order promptly and contact us as soon as you discover a problem, with your order number and photos where helpful. Keep the packaging. Change-of-mind exclusions and deadlines do not remove applicable defect, warranty, recall or statutory rights. Warranty coverage requires evaluation under the manufacturer's terms; dealer status does not guarantee free repair. Recalled products must follow the manufacturer's recall process.
Refund timing and exchanges
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or the reason it cannot be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval; your bank may take additional time to post them. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval. Exchanges require authorization and replacement availability; any price difference and applicable charges will be explained before processing.
Applicable rights and earlier purchases
This policy applies to online and in-store purchases. We will honor more favorable written return terms provided with an earlier purchase. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
