Product Overview
The Miele Triflex HX1 is a graphite grey cordless stick vacuum designed around flexibility. Its 3-in-1 construction lets the vacuum be configured for different cleaning situations, while the included tools extend its use beyond open floor areas. Miele identifies Vortex Technology as the cleaning system and lists a 170-watt nominal power consumption.
For floor cleaning, the package includes the 11-inch-wide MultiFloor XXL SEB 430 electrobrush. Miele specifies this electrobrush for all types of flooring, making it the primary tool for routine cleaning across hard surfaces and carpets. The electronic three-level slide control allows you to select a suction setting for the task at hand.
The HX1 uses a replaceable 2,500 mAh Li-ion battery. Miele lists up to 60 minutes of low-level runtime when using the PowerUnit Solo, while runtime with electrical accessories is listed as up to 34 minutes on low or 17 minutes on high. Expert Recommendation
We recommend the Triflex HX1 for shoppers who want a cordless Miele vacuum with a flexible 3-in-1 format and an included floorhead designed for all types of flooring. Its replaceable battery, adjustable suction, accessory set, and 0.5-liter dust container make it a practical option for everyday residential cleaning where cordless maneuverability matters.
A traditional canister vacuum may be a better fit if your priority is a corded format or a different cleaning configuration. The supplied information does not identify a sibling HX1 model with different specifications, so shoppers comparing Miele cordless options should confirm the differences with Ace Vacuums before choosing another model.
Best For
Hardwood Floors
The included MultiFloor XXL electrobrush is specified for all types of flooring, including hard floor applications. Three suction levels provide a way to adjust the vacuum for the cleaning task.
Carpet and Rugs
The same 11-inch-wide electrobrush is intended for all types of flooring, so it can serve as the primary floorhead for carpets and area rugs.
Stairs
The cordless design avoids a power cord while moving between steps, and the 3-in-1 format is intended to support different cleaning positions.
Above-Floor Cleaning
The crevice nozzle, dust brush, and XXL upholstery nozzle provide tools for corners, dusting, and upholstered surfaces.
Apartments
The cordless format and wall mount are useful where convenient storage and movement between rooms are priorities. The listed 125-square-meter cleaning area also provides a stated reference for coverage.
Flexible Whole-Home Cleaning
The 3-in-1 design, adjustable suction, and included MultiFloor electrobrush give the HX1 a broad range of everyday cleaning uses.
Not Ideal For
- Shoppers who need unlimited runtime without recharging may prefer a corded vacuum format.
- Users who specifically require a stated noise rating should note that Miele does not provide one in the supplied specifications.
- Buyers looking for a dedicated pet tool or a manufacturer-stated pet-hair feature should confirm whether another model is a better fit.
- Those who need a larger dust capacity than 0.5 liters may prefer a vacuum with a larger container or bag.

Product Comparisons
Stick vs Canister
The Triflex HX1 is cordless and built around a 3-in-1 stick format, making it a flexible choice for moving around a home and handling above-floor tasks. A canister vacuum uses a different body-and-hose layout and may suit shoppers who specifically prefer a corded cleaning format.
Miele vs SEBO
Miele offers this cordless Triflex stick design, while SEBO is known mainly for upright vacuums. The best choice depends on preferred format and cleaning habits; an in-store demonstration can help compare handling and floorhead feel.
Miele vs Dyson

Cordless vs Corded Vacuum
Cordless cleaning provides freedom from a power cord but requires battery charging. The HX1 lists up to 60 minutes in PowerUnit Solo mode and up to 34 or 17 minutes with electrical accessories, depending on the selected setting.

Air purifiers; discounted, clearance, trade-in, holiday-sale and price-matched purchases; gift cards; custom or special-order products; electrical parts; used or installed items; opened cleaning solutions; and used bags, filters, belts or other consumables are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Other items clearly marked final sale at purchase are also excluded. An opened box alone does not disqualify an otherwise eligible unused, complete item, but consumables and cleaning solutions must remain unopened.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items; recalls
Inspect your order promptly and contact us as soon as you discover a problem, with your order number and photos where helpful. Keep the packaging. Change-of-mind exclusions and deadlines do not remove applicable defect, warranty, recall or statutory rights. Warranty coverage requires evaluation under the manufacturer's terms; dealer status does not guarantee free repair. Recalled products must follow the manufacturer's recall process.
Refund timing and exchanges
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or the reason it cannot be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval; your bank may take additional time to post them. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval. Exchanges require authorization and replacement availability; any price difference and applicable charges will be explained before processing.
Applicable rights and earlier purchases
This policy applies to online and in-store purchases. We will honor more favorable written return terms provided with an earlier purchase. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Where the European Union 14-day cancellation right applies, customers may cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of receipt, subject to applicable legal exceptions, without giving a reason.
