Show us the machine and the match.
- The full model label. Include the model/type and any generation name. A photo is more useful than “C1” alone.
- The existing part. Show its printed number, bag collar, filter shape or damaged area.
- The connection. For hoses, wands and floorheads, show both ends and any electrical contacts. Include the head label.
Switch off and disconnect the vacuum before removing user-serviceable components. Do not open electrical housings for a photo.

Can you hold a part for me or arrange a special order?
Ask the selected store whether the exact reference can be held or ordered, and confirm any payment requirements and estimated timing. A hold or order is only confirmed when our team agrees to it.
What if I do not know my Miele model?
Send a clear photo of the full model label and the old part or packaging. For a hose, wand or floorhead, add photos of the connection and head label. Avoid choosing a part by color or appearance alone.
Should I bring the whole vacuum?
For straightforward bag or filter identification, a model label and old package may be enough. Call first if a hose, powered head, intermittent fault or uncertain connection needs a physical check.
Do you have older Miele supplies and replacement belts?
We can help identify legacy references and check available options. For brush-drive or belt concerns, include the exact floorhead or upright model. Not every assembly has a separately supplied service part; diagnosis may be the better first step.
