Once you bring your vacuum cleaner in for warranty work, our store associate will verify your proof of purchase and receipts of purchase and serial number and model numbers, next they will get your a repair tag which will have your name, number, address and any issues you are facing with your vacuum and the date you brought it in. Within 24 hours our vacuum technician will do a full diagnosis of your machine to determine the exact problem of the vacuum cleaner. Once we know the issue, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to get the parts needed for the vacuum repair or if it's not repairable we will submit a claim for them to replace your unit with a brand new vacuum cleaner. Once it's ready our store associate will call or text you and let you know it's available for pick up.
Again once your serviced vacuum cleaner is ready we will call or text to let you know it's available for pick up.
