The kit offers users the chance to try six samples of carbon in order to rule out any possible sensitivity. The purchase of a carbon test kit is required with all MCS models.

To receive a full refund for an item purchased  please follow these steps:

  2. Package the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging.
  3. Send your returned item(s) shipping prepaid to within 15 days of purchase for a  refund. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.
