Steel Construction with Baked Thermoset Powder Finish – durable long lasting housing that doesn’t off-gas chemicals, true to the integrity of providing clean air!

We ship all merchandise in stock within 3-5 business days from 300 Fort Evans Rd NE, Leesburg VA during our regular business hours of Monday to Friday 10-7 PM EST.

Return Policy

Ace Vacuums is not responsible for any defective items or shortages in shipments not reported to us within seven days from the time of delivery. All returned items will be inspected for usage, damage, or missing parts from the original package to determine the restocking fee. When you buy a product and find that it is not what you need, you can exchange it within 30 days with the original packaging unused or return your purchase within seven days for a full refund unused from the day the item was delivered. A restocking fee may be applied of up to 50% for used goods. All goods purchased at a discounted price, including trade-ins, holiday sales, or price-match, are considered FINAL SALE goods and therefore are NOT eligible for return. ​No Returns on Air Purifiers. No Cash Refunds.

To receive a full refund for an item purchased  please follow these steps:

  1. Call us to initiate your return and to identify the correct return shipping address and method.
  2. Package the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging.
  3. Send your returned item(s) shipping prepaid to within 15 days of purchase for a  refund. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for return processing. 

Please note that all products purchased from us must be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund. We will pay for return freight only if the return is a result of our error (incorrect product shipped, product defect, etc.).
