Possible deductions

Depending on the circumstances, original shipping charges, return shipping costs, or restocking fees may be non-refundable or deducted where permitted and appropriate.

Refund timing

If approved, refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method. Timing may vary based on inspection completion and payment-provider processing.

Exchanges

Eligible exchange requests may be approved based on item condition, replacement availability, return reason, and whether the replacement is the same item or a different product.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an approved seller error or an approved damaged/defective item claim, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
