A built-in system has several components that may carry different brand names: the power unit, hose, wand and cleaning head. Start with the label on the component you are replacing, and include the power-unit model when asking for help.
Hoses and attachment kits
Match wall-end electrical connections, handle fittings and tool connections. Shop central vacuum accessories.
Bags, filters and seals
Use the exact unit model and specified part. Similar-looking filters or seals may not fit or seal correctly.
Motor or control components
A symptom does not prove a part has failed. Arrange diagnosis before ordering internal electrical components.

Should I replace the hose or the powerhead?
