Which store should I visit from DC or Frederick, Maryland?

From Washington, DC, compare directions to Fairfax and Leesburg and choose the route that works for you. From Frederick, start by checking part availability with Leesburg. Call before leaving: the right store for your visit depends on the part in stock as well as your route.

Can I pick up SEBO parts today?

Same-day pickup is available for parts in stock at your chosen store during opening hours. Call ahead with the model and part number so we can confirm availability and arrange a hold.

What should I send if I don’t know the part number?

Send a clear photo of the vacuum’s model label and the old or damaged part. For brushrolls, belts and floorheads, include the powerhead label too. Tell us whether you prefer Fairfax or Leesburg.

Are SEBO bags and filters interchangeable?

Do not assume they are. AIRBELT E, K and D use different bag boxes; FELIX and DART use #7029AM, while compatible AUTOMATIC X and Essential G models use #5093AM. Filters and brush parts require their own model check.

Does online availability mean both stores have the part?

No. Online availability does not confirm stock at each pickup location. Call before travelling so we can check the specific part at Fairfax or Leesburg.
