Keep the full model and serial number together. An older power unit may be paired with a newer hose or powerhead, so identify each component separately. Send the old part code and photos of the mount or connector if the exact match is not listed.

No. The bag collar, collection arrangement and filter size differ. Match the replacement code and exact model; a bagged, bagless or hybrid setup may require different supplies.
What if my older BEAM model is not listed?
Send the full model label and photos of the existing bag, filter and attachment point. We can check the configuration before recommending a replacement.
Does online availability mean my local store has it?
Online availability and store stock can differ. Call your preferred store with the part number before travelling, and ask about a pickup hold.
Can you help with low suction or a system that won’t start?
