What should I check before ordering?

Match the component’s part number and connection. The guide below covers hoses, powerheads, electrical parts, retractable valves and installation supplies. Open the component checklist ↓

Fitment checklist by component

Open the section that matches your repair or upgrade.

Attachment kits

Compare kit contents, hose length, wall-end connection and the included floorhead. Some sets include a hose; others are tools only.

Hoses & covers

Compare the wall end and handle end. An on/off low-voltage hose and a hose that powers an electric brush have different electrical requirements. Match the hose cover length, too.

Powerheads, belts & rollers

Read the label on the head itself—such as Q100, EBK360 or RugMaster. Match belts and rollers to that head, not only to the BEAM tank.

Floor tools & wands

Check the fitting diameter and whether the joint uses friction fit, a button lock or an integrated connector. A similar-looking wand may have a different electrical connection.

Retractable hoses & valves

Identify the installed system and valve series, including HS4000, HS5000 or HS6000 where applicable. Confirm hose length and control compatibility before choosing components.

Motors & controls

Send the original motor or board number, the power-unit label and photos of the wiring connections. Match voltage, motor count, electrical rating and mounting. Ask us about service.

Wall inlets & toe-kicks

Check the valve style, mounting plate and existing power arrangement. Photograph the open inlet and any connection pins; toe-kick trim plates and repair kits differ.

Installation & storage

Match pipe and fitting sizes, bends, hose storage and tool holders to the installation. For a new layout or a replacement tank, check mounting space and power requirements first.

Match the component, not just the BEAM name

01 · Power unit

Use the label on the tank for bags, filters and power-unit parts. Include the full model and serial number.

02 · Hose & wall inlet

Photograph the inlet and both hose ends. Check length, locking style, direct-connect pins or a separate power cord.

03 · Powerhead

Use the label on the cleaning head for belts, rollers and nozzle parts. The tank model alone does not identify these.

Buying a motor, board or powered accessory?

Compare the original part label and electrical requirements. Similar-looking components can have different voltage, wiring or mounting specifications. We can help check the replacement and discuss service.

BEAM parts questions

Are all BEAM bags and filters interchangeable?

No. The bag collar, collection arrangement and filter size differ. Match the replacement code and exact model; a bagged, bagless or hybrid setup may require different supplies.

Will a hose or powerhead fit every BEAM system?

A matching tank brand does not establish accessory compatibility. Match the wall inlet, hose connector, electrical supply, wand and powerhead. Send photos if you are unsure.

Does online availability mean my local store has it?

Online availability and store stock can differ. Call your preferred store with the part number before travelling, and ask about a pickup hold.

Can you help with low suction or a system that won’t start?
